Sony discovers all cards - there are Polish prices and release dates. Any surprise?The biggest competitor of the Japanese company, Microsoft, was the first to reveal the prices and release dates of the Xbox Series X and S, so Sony's response was inevitable.

During yesterday's Sony network conference, we got to know not only new games aimed at PlayStation 5, but also the missing pieces of the puzzle, i.e. prices and the release date of the new console. According to earlier reports, the Japanese manufacturer has prepared two versions of its console, i.e. the classic with a drive and the Digital Edition without a drive, which were priced at $ 499 and $ 399, respectively. And although the price of the traditional model looks the same as in the case of the Xbox Series X, Polish prices differ slightly and Sony has used a less attractive conversion rate, which translates into PLN 2299 and PLN 1849, respectively. It should be noted, however, that unlike the Xboxes, the drive or its absence is the only difference between consoles.

What's more, the console is available for pre-sale from today, in Poland it is currently offered by Media Expert stores (with 30 days of HBO Go as a gift) and Media Markt. And when will it get into our hands? Theoretically, the premiere was planned for November 12 (i.e. slightly later than the Xboxes), but then it will only take place in a few places around the world, including Japan and the USA, and other players, including Poles, have to wait a week longer, until November 19 . By the way, we got to know the Polish prices of accessories for the new console, which, as always, will hit our wallet a bit, although in most cases - except for the second pad - they seem completely optional. And so, the second Dual Sense controller costs PLN 319, the webcam PLN 269, the Pulse 3D Wireless headphones PLN 449, the Media Remote control PLN 139, and the charging station for two controllers PLN 139.

As we mentioned, yesterday's presentation also brought us a presentation of the titles in which the programs on PlayStation 5 and it cannot be concealed that in this respect Sony has blown Microsoft over the shoulder. Because while both events with games for the Xbox Series X and S were simply terrible, here we got a short presentation of the potential hits - Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, i.e. the development of the Insomniac hit from PlayStation 4, Hogwarts Legacy in the world of Harry Potter , a remake of the cult Demon's Souls, a new version of Resident Evil, another full-fledged Final Fantasy, an interestingly promising Deathloop or, above all, a continuation of God of War - yes, Sony has confirmed that Santa Monica is working on a new part called Ragnarok, which is to hit the market already next year. We would like to remind you that when it comes to specifications, under the hood of PlayStation 5 we will find the Ryzen Zen 2 chip with 8 cores and clocking at 3.5 GHz, whose graphics processor is to provide 10.28 TFLOPS of computing power, 16 GB of fast GDDR6 memory with a bandwidth of up to 448 GB / s and SSD drive with a capacity of 825 GB. On paper, the Xbox Series X looks better again, but taking into account the opinions of developers or prepared games so far, it may not matter much.

Boeing has published a short footage on the global network where we can see a reusable mini-shuttle located at a research and outer space facility. The most interesting element of the presentation, however, is the solar panel assembly system. Photovoltaic devices are located in the central hold. While in orbit, the cargo bay doors open and the panel system unfolds.

From the video, we can conclude that solar panels occupy most of the vehicle's hold. The rear part of the X-37B is the drive and the fuel tank, while the front part may house experiments or it is a space for transporting e.g. microsatellites. It is thanks to the solar panels that the vehicle can stay in space for over 2 years and carry out planned activities.

Boeing revealed the capabilities of the X-37B days after a successful test of a similar vehicle that the Chinese government had built. Experts believe that the Middle Kingdom intends to use it to conduct experiments in space for the development of its military and space technologies. India is also building a similar vehicle, but currently the United States is in the lead in this matter.

The Pentagon recently revealed that the X-37B, which has been in orbit since May, has been a small satellite called FalconSat-8. It was designed and built by cadets from the US Air Force Academy. In addition, NASA wants to test special seeds under cosmic rays. They are designed to help astronauts colonize the Moon and the Red Planet.

But it is not everything. The Pentagon has placed a special system of energy transmission to the Earth's surface and to military drones performing reconnaissance flights in the mini-shuttle. It is a Naval Research Laboratory project. The system converts solar energy into radio frequency microwave energy and then transmits the energy to the object.

The mini-shuttle will soon be able to have a special module attached to the rear part, in which additional loads can be transported into orbit. It is quite likely that in future missions, the military will test many more futuristic technologies in secret from the prying eyes of Russia and China.

The Pentagon also plans to send the successor to the X-37B into orbit. SpaceX has won a tender in which it is to send a mysterious vehicle into space with a powerful rocket Falcon Heavy. For the purpose of this mission, not only the rocket's cargo cover will be modified, but also the launch site. Experts believe that we may be dealing with a large vehicle here. Recently, NASA announced that it intends to conduct orbit experiments to prepare a manned flight to the moon. The new vehicle was to enable the implementation of experiments on a much larger scale.
